Jim Blackburn, Carbon and the Texas Coast in the 21st Century

The Texas Coastal Exchange made its first; Kirksey Architects bought the Galveston Bay Foundation’s annual marsh carbon sequestration!  That’s a huge step, they are on the map.  But there is a lot more to do, and we talk about that and other bays along the Texas Coast and plans for the future, there’s hope.  Near the end we talk about Harris County, the flood bond money, and the plan for its equitable distribution–hope is a strong word here, but we voted and the County “shall” develop a plan for equity (emphasis added).
